Celina National Night Out brings neighbors together October 6

Celina’s National Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, from 6 to 9 p.m., with activities centered on the Downtown Square and participating neighborhoods.

The city’s event page says police officers will visit neighborhood block parties as part of the evening. The program is intended to build relationships among neighbors and between residents and law enforcement.

Residents should confirm whether their own neighborhood has a gathering planned, because the citywide event window does not establish the details of every block party. The official page provides a Police Department contact for neighborhood coordination.

For new residents, the event offers a straightforward way to meet nearby households and learn about local community connections. Check the organizer’s page for current arrangements before heading to a neighborhood gathering or the square.
